Session format

  • Register online for upcoming support group sessions.
  • Support group sessions are held online via Google Meet. You will receive a link upon registering.
  • Sessions last 75 minutes.
  • We will start sessions with a quick introduction and icebreaker so everyone gets to know each other. You are welcome to use an alias if you would prefer not to share your name with the group
  • Sessions are designed to be intimate and allow everyone to participate, the overall number of participants is therefore capped at 14 people.
  • You are welcome to bring along any topic you want to discuss during the session.

    Tuesdays 7:30pm to 8:45pm GMT,

2:30pm to 3:45pm EST (with Polly)

Fridays 12pm to 1:15pm GMT, 7am to 8:15am EST (with Chloe)

    What to expect

    • There is no formal preparation required, just dial in with (or without!) your preferred beverage and join the chat.
    • We will ask participants to try to come to support group sessions with some suggestions of topics they would like to discuss, or we might choose one ourselves
    • There is absolutely NO obligation to participate. If you are more comfortable listening, that is absolutely fine
    • Participants can choose to just vent, listen to others or actively advise other participants by sharing their own experience and observations with the group
    • Chloe and Polly will act as moderators to ensure the sessions run smoothly.
